New Client Process
Our innovative new client process ensures that each aspect of your financial plan will be covered in detail.
At the complimentary discovery meeting we will introduce you to our financial planning process and take the time to understand your values, needs, and concerns. We'll begin to review all facets of your financial plan including your assets, liabilities, investments, lines of insurance, employee benefits, dependents, and estate plan. At the end of the discovery meeting, we'll quote your annual fee and provide the next steps if you decide to hire us.
At the onboarding meeting we will help you set specific and achievable financial goals, and we'll review your retirement projection and investment portfolio in detail. You'll receive a written financial plan that clearly defines what steps you need to take to reach your goals, and we'll jointly establish expectations for the weeks ahead. Following the meeting, we will begin working with your other financial advisors, as needed, to strengthen your overall plan.
After the onboarding meeting, the hard work begins. Now it's time to execute the financial plan we've put in place and continuously review each aspect to ensure your continued success. We'll work with you to modify your plan as needed, based on family changes, tax law revisions, and employment issues, and on a quarterly basis we'll meet to review your overall progress, including your net worth, investment performance, and retirement projection.
As a pharmacist, we know that your time is valuable and that nights and weekends might be your preferred time to meet. No problem! We routinely meet with clients across the country seven days a week, and our unique virtual meeting experience means that you never have to leave the comfort of your home or office if you don't want to.
We provide a free copy of our financial planning workbook to each of our valued clients. Authored by the Pharmacist Wealth team, our workbook is designed to supplement the financial planning process and reinforce topics discussed during client meetings.
Our workbook also serves as an excellent tool to begin teaching your children about money, as well as a helpful way to review financial planning topics with loved ones and family members who aren't present at your client meetings. The workbook is available in paperback, PDF, Kindle, and iBook formats.
